This policy covers requests, quiz answers, chat, agreed orders and optional analytics.

Data and purposes
Contact details, task descriptions, quiz answers, chat messages, order details and technical request data are used to respond, perform agreed work and protect forms. FlickTeam does not receive full card details.
Recipients
Authorised team members may access requests; a configured team Telegram channel can receive lead notifications. YooKassa receives payment order data when payments are enabled.
Cookies and analytics
After a separate opt-in, the site may run its first-party counter and Yandex Metrika without Webvisor if configured. Declining analytics does not prevent using forms or chat. Private order pages are excluded from analytics.
Retention and rights
Requests for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion can be sent to flickteamru@gmail.com. Automatic deletion is not yet implemented; the retention period and manual procedure require approval.
