Agreement and payment
The client reviews the current offer before paying. Paying an agreed order after actively accepting the offer constitutes acceptance for that order. The amount is stored server-side; calculator estimates are not binding.
Delivery and changes
Deadlines, input materials and the review procedure must be set in the order. Additional work or a changed price requires mutual agreement.
Cancellation and claims
Consumers may withdraw subject to documented actual costs connected to their order under applicable Russian law. Contact the provider by email with the order number. Refund timing and detailed procedure require approval.
Rights and version
